For Sale: Downtown & Desperate, Seattle Center"/>
A few blind items from Craigslist, along with guesses as to which businesses they could be:
1.) A "turnkey" that's billed as not in the market but near the market, this restaurant has 42 seats plus private dining room, and the seller relists it just about every day. Can't figure out which spot this is, and the $62,000 price tag is pretty low. My guess...The Turf? But I don't know how that would ever qualify as turnkey (yikes).
2.) This cafe and restaurant is right near Seattle Center, with outdoor seating, and serves soup, sandwiches, and crepes. The space has espresso dibs/rights to the entire complex (that alone has GOT to be worth something). Inventory of equipment greater than asking price, interesting. My guess... Cafe Darclee in the KOMO building? If so, that space could be a mini goldmine.
