This week, if you're going out, buy water. Tap water.

From March 22 to March 29, UNICEF is organizing its annual Water Week. Participating restaurants will allow diners to add $1 per person to their bill to pay for water, and the funds raised will be donated to UNICEF's Tap Project, which works to improve water sanitation and access in 90 countries.
