New York-based online magazine StarChefs.com is releasing a new edition of Chefs to Know: A Guide to Chefs for Chefs, which profiles over 600 extraordinary U.S. chefs including Thierry Rautureau of Rover's, Eric Bahn of Monsoon, and Johnathan Sundstrom of Lark. Café Juanita's Holly Smith, herself recognized in the book, is hosting the launch event , which will include a wine-paired dinner with courses prepared by local chefs featured in the book. All diners go home with a signed copy. $175. 6 p.m. Mon., March 2.
