Upper-lever students at the culinary arts program at The Art Institute of Seattle prepare a Northwest-themed five-course menu, paired with aMaurice Cellars wines. Located in the Blue Hills of Walla Walla, aMaurice Cellars is a family-owned boutique winery. At the tall-windowed Portfolio Restaurant, winemaker Anna Schafer and sommelier Dieter Schafer (nope, no relation), will teach diners about the elements in the food and wine that make for good pairings.
