Fine Dining Chef de Cuisine Needed

What, where, and who could it be...

OK, so there's this tantalizing post on craigslist (hey, I like to keep my hand in...) advertising for a Food & Wine Best New Chef looking for a CdeC for a new project (that narrows it down right there). I've hinted at this project before on the blog. And though it's not really a secret, the chef has been too "shy" to talk about it publicly. But anyone with remedial Google skills and knowledge of where it is I write about the most could figure it out. I'll leave you to suss it out in the comments section.

If you are qualified, apply. Seriously, trust me on this one. If you have a friend or favorite cook at a favorite restaurant, encourage them to apply. They'll kick themselves if they don't. One side note, I think it also might be helpful to really know how to butcher your own meat... Hell, if my Henckels weren't so rusty...
