The original Dude, Jeff Dowd, addresses his minions. A host of admirers and doppelgangers turned at Fremont Outdoor Cinema for a Lebowski Fest-related screening of the classic film.

Jeff "The Dude" Dowd, the inspiration for Jeffrey "The Dude" Lebowski in The Big Lebowski, was presented the "Key to the Universe" by the Fremont Chamber of Commerce, Monday, July 20, 2009. Lebowski Fest continues Tuesday at ACME Bowl.
