Join Pro-Motion Events and Seattle Weekly as we bring love to the streets of Seattle at the Love 'Em or Leave 'Em Valentines Day Dash!

Having gained access in 2009 to run the event on the city streets surrounding Green Lake Park rather than completely on the inner path of the park, we are now able to handle the continuation of the strong participant growth rate that this event has seen during its four short years of existence!

Our estimate is that the 2012 event will have at least 3,100 registrants, making it one (if not the) largest Valentine's Day dash events in America.

This year's race is scheduled to take place on Saturday, February 11th, 2012.

Race Day Schedule:
8:00am - Day of Race Registration Area opens
9:25am - Day of Race Registration Area closes
9:30am - 5K Run & Walk starts
10:00am - Post-race Celebration starts
10:15am - Free Kid's Dash starts
10:30am - Awards Ceremony at the Stage
