Earn your candy at Run for Good Racing Company's 3rd annual Run Scared 5K and 4K Walk Sunday, October 30 at Seattle's Seward Park! Proceeds benefit The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and we can't wait to see all your scary costumes at the start line!

Participants receive a trick-or-treat bag filled with Halloween goodies, a fully supported course along the shores of Lake Washington, free event photos, a post-race party with food, drink and a costume contest, prizes for top runners, tons of door prizes, doggie costume contest and maybe even a few spooky surprises along the way!

Seattle Weekly's Street Team will also be on site with their famous prize wheel slinging goodies and snapping photos. Be sure to stop by our booth and say hi!
