Heart, Quincy Jones Headed for the Rock Hall

Quincy and his winnings.
Seattle music greats Heart and Quincy Jones will be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as part of the class of 2013. Flea made the announcement earlier today that Ann and Nancy Wilson's band will join Albert King, Randy Newman, Public Enemy, Rush, and Donna Summer in the hall's performer category. Quincy Jones -- the legendary producer behind Off the Wall, Thriller, and many other records -- will join Lou Adler in receiving the "Ahmet Ertegun (non performer) Award."

The ceremony goes down April 18 (broadcast May 18 on HBO) at the Nokia Theatre in LA. If you want to see the all-star jam, tickets go on sale Jan. 25 via RockHall.com.

Can I just say that it would be incredible to see an all-star jam that featured a medley of some of Jones' hits? Please make it happen, Rock Hall!
