Everything Points Up Melds Electronica and Power-Pop With 2.0

Everything Points Up, 2.0

Out now, self-released

Everything Points Up is the side project of Robb Benson and Jake Uitti, from power-pop group The Glass Notes, 2.0 plays like a collection of B-sides that were too electronic for their primary band. The seven songs here (most well under three minutes) play like the Glass Notes spry guitar-pop songs, except they're augmented with synthesizer and drum machines. On the more developed tracks, like "It's On The Table," it's a winning forumla.

Listen to "It's On The Table" after the jump, or stream the whole album on the group's Bandcamp.
