The Flavr Blue's "F x F" Video Is Fun With Destruction

Local electronic trio The Flavr Blue's debut LP, Pisces, is an enjoyable affair. I've commented before on the light lyrical content of a few of the songs, but the dancey instrumentals are unavoidably pleasant to listen to, and they're kind of the selling point anyway. A prime example is the first single from the release, "F x F"--which, through some painstaking triangulation, I've deduced stands for "Fuck and Fight", but maybe I'm off base--a song about being carefree and dangerous, with a well-buffed, club-ready beat to carry it home. The video (below) follows the song's lead, as three gussied-up ladies get all sauced and smash some pretty expensive-looking things in an apartment. It's a tale of revenge by the looks of it, and the girls look pretty satisfied by its end. The video is another excellent work by Jon Augustavo. Check it out after the jump, and catch The Flavr Blue this Saturday at Barboza for their release show.
