Music and food make a perfect pair, so it's no wonder local food tour company White Moustache has paired up with Fremont Mischief distillery for a series of "Musical Plates" concerts combining the two. The next event, on August 5th, matches local folk band Big Sur with a four-hour tour of restaurants around Seattle, chosen according to the band's preferences. Quoth the ticket page, "at each restaurant stop, the band will perform a song or two acoustically with a full set at the end of the tour." If riding around the city on a bus, restaurant hopping, and listening to music sounds like your jam, check it out.
White Moustache, however, are not the first to combine the joys of music and food. Read on for the best songs about those essential ingredients to any meal, fruits and veggies.
