A benefit concert for Joe "Vito" Albanese and Drew Keriakedes, two of the men who were killed in the Cafe Racer shooting, will be held tonight at the Neptune at 8 p.m.

Since Albanese and Keriakedes were both well-known in music and performing arts world, having been members in the vaudeville-burlesque group Circus Contraption and the folk band God's Favorite Beefcake, a concert in celebration of these two men's lives seems the perfect route to take.

Circus Contraption and God's Favorite Beefcake will be performing tonight in honor of their beloved bandmates. Other acts include Orkestar Zirconium, The Bad Things, Vince Mira, Can Can Castaways , Bat Country, Nanda, Fuchsia Foxx, Ron and Caela Bailey, The Millionaire's Club, Bakelite 78, j9 Fierce, Dr. Calamari and Acrophelia and Sour Mash Hug Band.

The proceeds from tickets purchased ($15 a piece) will go towards the families of the victims and Cafe Racer. Creating a living memorial for the victims and scholarships in their names will be the next steps taken with the remainder of the funds.

So buy a ticket and dance the night away in remembrance of these two talented men.
