D.Evolution.Aires L.Ike Period.S, Re.Lease Second Al.Bum

Band: D.Evolution.Aires

Release date: June 19th

Label: Self-released

It's hard to pin a style on the second album from this Seattle trio, but maybe that's the point. An eclectic group of influences emerge on the record, from groovy, fuzzy rock ("Ladder Clan") to Hendrix as channeled through The Minutemen ("Your Sacrifice") to psychedelic blues ("Devil"). Adding to their hodge-podge of sounds, the album was recorded in Montreal and the band has toured South America, making them muy internacional. The playing on CESTUI QUE VIE is solid but there's no through line, which isn't always a bad thing, so long as stylistic diversity is your thing.
