Witch Gardens Premieres New Video for "Rain Delay," Headlines Chop Suey Tonight

In the space of a mere six hours, Witch Gardens put together the above monstrous music video for a new song called "Rain Delay"--the video was filmed in the Central District house that Witches Casey Catherwood and Sara Beabout both lived in and were about to move out of, which is why they weren't afraid to throw cards, dump soda on the table, and in general get things messy.

"Rain Delay" will be released as a 7-inch on Highfives and Handshakes Records in October, with "Goodbye Ball" as the B-side.

Until then, get your Witch fix tonight--they'll be headlining Chop Suey; Stephanie and Don't Talk to the Cops! are opening, making for a pretty stellar lineup of some of Seattle's freshest local talent. The show starts at 8 p.m., tickets are $7, and to tide fans over until next month's "Rain Delay" release, Witch Gardens will have available, for the first time, their 7-inch of "Lifeguard"/"Dime Eyes," from the Japanese label Sixteen Tambourines.
