Sylvester is seen here taking a nap while his brother, Quincy, looks on.
Reverb is saddened to learn that Sylvester Seely, the 15-year-old feline belonging to SW editor Mike Seely and his wife, Cary, took his last nap on Sunday morning. Sylvester, a West Seattle resident, lived a long life surrounded by a loving family, and was part of the inspiration behind the recent "Cat Is the New Dog" movement.
To honor Sylvester's legacy, Reverb recommends you spend the day getting your freak on while listening to Sly & the Family Stone's classic, Stand. As Sylvester always said: "Don't call me kitten, daddy!"
