Sound Off!, EMP's underage battle of the bands, which has brought fame and recklessness to the likes of The Lonely Forest, Schoolyard Heroes, and Brite Futures over the last nine years is back for its 10th anniversary. The competition kicks off Feb. 12 at EMP.
