Columbia City Theater's got another awesome lineup of Northwest indie-rock tomorrow night -- Seattle's own Black Whales will headline, celebrating the release of their new 7", "Rattle Your Bones," which they recently recorded with the venerable John Goodmanson.
Not yet well known on this side of the border, Mangan is signed to Arts & Crafts Records (of Broken Social Scene fame). His easygoing acoustic album Nice, Nice, Very Nice was shortlisted for this year's Polaris Music Prize alongside the likes of fellow acclaimed Canadians BSS, Caribou, Owen Pallett, and Tegan and Sara.
Want to check out the show? It's only $10, but we're giving away a pair of free tickets -- just email me at firstname.lastname@example.org by tomorrow at noon to be entered in drawing to win.
