Erykah Badu Keeps Her Clothes on for the "Window Seat" Remix

Along with unlikely collaborator Rick Ross, neo-soul songstress Erykah Badu took a decidedly less scandalous route with the video for the remix to her track "Window Seat" from fifth album New Amerykah Part Two: Return of the Ankh. Badu's racy video for the original "Window Seat"--in which the singer strips while walking along the streets of Dallas' Dealey Plaza before being shot--earned her a disorderly conduct charge in real life. The remix picks up where the last one left off, with Ross picking up Badu from "Jail Pickup" and the duo embarking on a new "to be continued" adventure. Ross and his "Untouchable Maybach Empire" are responsible for some pretty crisp rap videos, and somehow the seemingly mismatched combo of gangsta rap and conscious soul just works.
