1. The best drummers of the festival to be women. Quasi's Janet Weiss, Avi Buffalo's Sheridan Riley, and Tune-Yard's Merrill Garbus were outnumbered by their male colleagues, but absolutely showed them up. All three were as charismatic as they were bombastic.

2. The worst percussionists of the festival to be women. I've seen and heard some horrible performances on tambourine, egg shaker, and triangle in my day, but nothing quite like She & Him backup vocalists, the Chapin Sisters. It looked painful.

3. A green man.

4. A grown woman toting around a stuffed animal.

5. LiveNation selling tickets to Lilith Fair for $10, a buck less than they were pedaling large(ish) cups of Coors Light.

6. A dozen Waldos.

7. Culturally insensitive costume pieces like war paint and feathers become the accessories du jour.

8. Vampire Weekend--indie rock's answer to the Jonas Brothers--turn in one of the most impressive sets of the weekend.

9. Indie-rock stalwarts Pavement turn in one of the worst.

10. A huge garbage bag obstructing the view of the Gorge.

Did I forget anything?
