Music Video, Kind Of: Massive Attack's Mini-Documentary For "Saturday Come Slow"

Massive Attack's latest record, last month's Heligoland, contains a track featuring Damon Albarn called "Saturday Come Slow." The video for the song is one of the most engrossing and heavily politicized that I've seen in a while. The music takes a couple minutes to kick in, but be patient. Albarn sings a soulful chorus, wailing, "do you love me?," but the clip is actually only part music video and mostly commentary on torture practices - namely, the use of loud noises - with prisoners at Abu Ghraib, including a disturbing interview with one such prisoner. It's a pretty remarkable piece of work.

It's an exclusive on Feeder, so click here to check it out.
