Novoselic, Endino on Nirvana's Bleach Reissue

In case you missed it on Sunday, our friend/columnist/in-house bassist Krist Novoselic wrote about Nirvana's debut turning 20 over on the Daily Weekly. He even phoned up Jack Endino, the wizard knob-twister who produced Bleach:

"Considering it only took about 30 hours in the studio, and the equipment we used, I'm glad it sounds as good as it does."

Novoselic says the Bleach reissue -- which hits stores November 3 -- will include a live show recorded on Feb. 2, 1990 at the Pine Street Theater in Portland with drummer Chad Channing.

"There's going to be a vinyl version too," Novoselic says. "Jack and I got test pressings earlier this summer and the vinyl sounds killer. It's going to be pressed on white vinyl - just like the first issue. I put the tone arm down and the bass growl of "Blew" is there in all its Grunge glory."
