My oh my! What a fantastic day for some amazing records to finally hit store shelves:
Guns N Roses - Chinese Democracy
Yes! It's here! It's finally here! Where's that Dr Pepper you promised?
Tyra Banks - T.Y.R.A.
Remember when Tyra tried dipping her toes into the music industry and had some contestants from cycle two of her hit tv show, America's Next Top Model, dancing in her "Shake Your Body" music video? If you need a refresher, click here. The video premiered not on MTV or VH1, but UPN. Obviously a failure. Tyra would later say: "I can't believe I wasted 6 years of doing something that I didn't finish......I was almost able to release my album but since my music career hit rock bottom I quit." Good thinking.
Shaquille O'Neal - Shaquille O'Neal Presents His Superfriends Vol. 1
According to Shaq according to Wikipedia: "When I decided to record this album I wanted to make it a collaboration of various styles of rap and voices of thought. I wanted to include talented artists both mainstream and underground. I wanted to celebrate the essence and energy of rap that is created by people from different walks of life. I like the mainstream MCs with their jiggy style and the underground MCs who speak conscious rap." Shaq, there's no such thing as "jiggy style." Get with the lingo, brah.APRIL FOOLS! Here are just a few of many titles actually coming out in stores today, not out of my ass:
Moby - Last Night
R.E.M - Accelerate
The Sword - God's of the Earth
The Black Keys - Attack and Release
