What: "Sensual Seduction," by the capital S, oh yes, the fresh N double-O P
D O double-G Y D O double-G ya see.
When: All weekend, on my headphones.
Why: Because nothing in hip hop has tickled me more since Outkast's "Prototype" (see below). And, I like to think of this as a natural extension of "Let's Get Blown" from Snoop's last album. That gem on leisurely living was way overshadowed by the success of the lesser (IMHO) "Drop It Like It's Hot."
But back to the lecture at hand. Oh, love and lust! Key lines in these delicious send-up's:
"But there wasn't no need for me to rush to bust one, 'cause I wanted her to have an eruption."
"I think I'm in love again. Let's go to the movies (cue guitar solo)."
Guess which is which, or better yet, just watch...and dig.
