Quit hitting refresh on perezhilton.com for a second waiting for those grainy cell phone shots of the other Hilton on the can in jail and start figuring out what you could do tonight instead of re-watching the Sopranos finale with hopes of a different ending. Hopefully this serves you better than Paris' lawyer and helps get you out:
Stop by the new, still kitchy, still staffed by musicians, still delicious though no longer "Bitchin'" or all ages Bimbo's Cantina for opening day (located in the old Des Amis space on Pike). Downstairs the Cha Cha awaits it's big day tomorrow, the 14th.
Head across the street to Neumo's for Jona Bechtolt's YACHT who, as Travis Ritter notes in this week's Short List has "recently announced that he has officially resigned from his multi-instrumentation and production duties in the Blow to concentrate on YACHT, his eclectic electro-pop-driven one-man ship that has been picking up a lot of steam lately." The solo opening should provide quite the contrast for the multi-membered spectacle of Architecture and Helsinki.
And for the rest just check out TJ's entry below which I just noticed but since I spent too much time on this silly intro, it's staying.
