I spotted the bright red wrapper of the PC Edibles Milk Chocolate Dipped Peanut Butter Bomb in the medibles case at The Joint Cooperative in the U-District. Particularly attractive to my eyes was the "1/4 Gram Hash" tagline just under the name of the candy bar.
"May Cause Drowsiness," the back of the label advises, and they aren't kidding, especially if you aren't accustomed to cannabis. With my tolerance level, the two candies produced a mild buzz along with pain relief and the sort of calm centeredness prized by marijuana advocates.
I found one of the most potent cannabis treats I've had lately when I visited Seattle Alternative Medicine Collective (S.A.M. Collective) on Aurora Avenue Monday. Their well-stocked medibles case included something called "XXX Super Fudge with nuts," $12 for two pieces.
