Too Many Shows Tonight
Posted May 16 at 1:56 pm by Hannah LevinThe Glenn Branca Symphony No 13: Hallucination City starts at 7:30 tonight in the Olympic Sculpture Garden, and after that, I'll have to choose between Roy Loney from the Flaming Groovies at the Sunset and the Evaporators at the Funhouse. No fair!
I did an interview with Narduwar of the Evaporators for this week's paper, but we had to cut it due to space constraints. That's a shame too, because the guy is just as hyper, funny, and smart as you might think. Many of his interviews are on Youtube (and virtually everything he's done can be found on his website). My current favorite is this chat he had with Marilyn Manson:
