You could fit your entire arm inside one of Mysore Masala's dosas, South Indian crepes stuffed with spiced potatoes, but even an average-sized eater will make quick work of one, tearing off bites of the crisp, translucent crepe and swabbing it through a bowl of coconut chutney. Like all great Indian restaurants, Mysore Masala is hidden in a strip mall. Dinner is still 100 percent vegetarian, though you will find meat at lunchtime. At the lunch buffet, a trip down steam-table lane comes with a fresh mini dosa. Too lazy to get your own food? Come back at dinner and order one of the thalis, a silver tray packed tightly with tiny silver bowls containing several different curries, a half-dozen accompaniments, and two kinds of rice. The average-sized diner who could finish one of these should consider entering into competitive eating contests.
