1. Bad Jimmy’s is scheduled to open just in time for happy hour. Starting at 5:00 pm today, the latest member of Ballard’s brewery scene will begin pouring pints of IPA, red, pale ale and habanero amber. Have a look at the current tap list over here.

2. Specialty market Cone & Steiner is on track to launch by the end of the year. CHS reports that the forthcoming deli and general store from the folks behind Skillet, Fuel and Retrofit Home will offer everything from sandwiches and grocery staples to hardware and greeting cards. The Tallulah’s and Hello Robin neighbor in the new 19th & Mercer building in Capitol Hill should be up and running sometime early next week. Check Facebook for updates.

3. Here’s a clip of Mudhoney performing “Touch Me I’m Sick” at Full Tilt Ice Cream’s flagship store earlier this month. Full Tilt is teaming up with the Rat City Roller Girls to create a roller derby-inspired flavor. Submit ideas on Facebook, you’ll win a case of ice cream and a pair of season opener tickets if your flavor is picked.
