1. Burger and beer spot Eureka! opens its doors in University Village on Monday. The chain is based in Cali but offers some locally sourced ingredients, including produce and bread. You’ll also find 40 beers on tap, with several from area breweries.

2. Corretto is slated to open next spring, according to CHS. Tango and Rumba owner Travis Rosenthal is behind the project, destined for a corner space in the new Pine + Minor building near Melrose Market. The concept is simple and solid: coffee and baked goods when the sun’s up, cocktails and an Italian-inspired menu featuring antipasti and pizza when the sun’s down. 3. Smith is partnering with Oola Distillery to celebrate the 80th anniversary of Repeal Day on December 5. The Capitol Hill eatery and watering hole will offer a special drink menu from 8:00 pm to 1:00 am that includes Smith’s take on classic cocktails like the Hanky Panky.

4. Bacon Happy Hour returns to Belltown’s Local 360 from 3:00 to 6:00 pm today. Expect the likes of bacon wrapped dates (see photo), bacon root beer cookies and bacon & cod fritters. Call 206-441-9360 or email reservations@local360.org for reservations.
