Grab Dinner Before the Show. Urbane at 1639 8th Ave. is offering a $35 three-course prix fix menu through Sunday in honor of Flashdance. The musical is playing at the Paramount across the street from Urbane and includes $8 valet parking for diners.

Say Ahoy. Stop in the just opened nautical-themed watering hole Anchors Down at 2016 NW Market St. in Ballard. The bar serves wieners through a window from next-door neighbor Po Dogs.

Eat Meat to the Beat. In honor of Record Store Day tomorrow, the Lunchbox Lab at 1253 Thomas St. in South Lake Union is hosting an in-store with local powerpop band SEACATS. A signature appealing/appalling burger topped with fries and mac and cheese is on the menu, and copies of the band’s new limited edition 7” vinyl (aptly titled 7” Burger) will be for sale. The music starts at 3 p.m.
