When it comes to hooking up at the bar, things can go south quickly and without warning. According to reports, such was the case for a pair of roommates from Lacey over the weekend. Not only did they end up alone with a clogged toilet -- one of them ended up with a gunshot wound to the chest.
As KOMO news reports, the roommates decided to go out drinking last Friday night and quickly befriended two females while out on the town. In what had all the makings of a classic porno flick, the two women decided to accompany the roommates back to their home, in the 9700 block of Mallard Drive.
That's when things started to go wrong.
As KOMO reports:
One of the women apparently clogged up the toilet, and the two men got into a fight. The women left, but the fight continued as the homeowner pulled out a gun and shot his roommate in the chest, said a Thurston County Sheriff's Office spokesman.
Talk about blowing it.
The good news is, KOMO reports the roommate who suffered the gunshot wound wasn't fatally injured; he was able to call a friend who transported him to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Meanwhile, the roommate who fired the shot -- and apparently owns the home -- told cops he squeezed off the round in self defense, and was taken to a local clinic for treatment of facial lacerations and sore ribs. As of Saturday police were still investigating, with no arrests having been made.
No word on exactly how big of a crap it took to clog the toilet.
