For those not in the know, a Bacon numbers is the degrees of separation between even nominally famous people and that legend-in-his-own-time Kevin Bacon.

Bacon numbers have been giving people with nothing to talk about something to talk about since the 1990s. But they have gained new life after Google unveiled a new feature that presents the numbers at the top of the page when searched for.

For Black, the progression went like this: she and Jenna Haze co-stared in Crack Her Jack 10, a 2008 film whose IMDB page is still awaiting a plot synopsis, though we can probably use our imagination. Haze then appeared in Superbad, that romp featuring Emma Stone. And Stone appeared next to Bacon in Crazy, Stupid, Love.
