VIDEOS: Terrell Owens' Greatest Off-the-Field Hits

Terrell Owens has been known to cry.
The Seattle Seahawks have developed a thing for wide receivers with baggage. The team struck short-lived gold when it reined in Mike Williams and his waistline a few years back. But Williams is gone now. And so is Antonio Bryant, another receiver trying to rekindle his career in Seattle until he was released yesterday. In place of washed-up players like Williams and Bryant, the Hawks signed Braylon Edwards (and his one good year) to a one-year contract on the last day of July. And now comes news that the receiver with the most baggage of them all, Terrell Owens, is working out for Pete Carroll and Co. today in Renton.

Surely, Seahawks fans have to be excited about the prospect of T.O. joining the team. I mean, the only thing better than signing T.O. would be finding a wide receiver who's not known for tearing teams apart, bad VH1 appearances, or coming off an embarrassing and disappointing stint in the Indoor Football League.

Short of that, inking T.O. to a contract would be pure brilliance.

For those who need a refresher on what T.O. brings to the table, here's a look back at some of Owens' greatest off-the-field hits.

T.O. Sheds Tears for Romo

The relationship between a receiver and quarterback should be a tight bond. And though he's been known for throwing a few of his quarterbacks under the bus during his career, Owens showed how big his heart can be when he cried for Tony Romo during a post-playoff-loss press conference ending the 2007-08 season. Owens was released by Dallas in 2009.

T.O. Takes Allentown by Storm

OK, technically this qualifies as on-field action for Owens, but it was a much smaller field, on a much smaller stage. As part of a marketing gimmick, the Allentown Wranglers signed Owens to a contract in which he agreed to play home games for the team. In eight games, T.O. racked up 35 catches and 10 touchdowns. However, he was released from his contract in May of this year - with the team apparently deciding Owens wasn't worth the trouble.

T.O. on Dr. Phil

T.O. is accustomed to facing tough defenses, but the assault he faces on Dr. Phil at the hands of three of his babies' mommas rivals anything the star receiver has seen on the field.

T.O.'s Driveway Press Conference

The only thing crappier than the quality of this video is the quality of the crap spewing out of T.O.'s mouth during this now-infamous driveway press conference during his time with the Philadelphia Eagles. Of course, in fairness, it's not easy to think of smart things to say while doing crunches.
