Former Sonic Nick Collison
Always wanted to get your hands on an ivory leather half-moon sofa once owned by former Sonic and current member of the Oklahoma City Thunder Nick Collison? Now is your chance.
Former Sonic Nick Collison
A parcel search reveals the home was built in 2006, has a total square footage of 7090, and features five bedrooms and just over five bathrooms. The home's total appraised taxable total in 2012 was $2,614,000.
According to the email, which doesn't specifically name Collison as the owner of the expensive furniture or the Queen Anne home, "The furniture (there are no smalls) was all purchased by an ex-Sonics basketball player within the past 5 years or so for this big 4 story home!"
The email indicates Collison "removed some of the furniture when he moved to Oklahoma to play there, but left behind some truly gorgeous pieces."
In addition to the previously mentioned half-moon sofa, the email also promises buyers a chance at high-end bar stools, chairs, tables, lamps, outdoor furniture, chaise lounges, art, file cabinets and more.

We are holding a ONE DAY Estate Moving Sale on Queen Anne Hill this Saturday from 10am to 3pm.
This is a unique departure from our 'typical' estate and moving sales as it contains nothing in the way of vintage and everything high end (Ok, there are a few fun kid pieces in there from Ikea - 2 sofas, kid tables/chairs).
The furniture (there are no smalls) was all purchased by an ex-Sonics basketball player within the past 5 years or so for this big 4 story home!
He removed some of the furniture when he moved to Oklahoma to play there, but left behind some truly georgous pieces. The ivory leather 1/2 moon sofa in the living room was originally about $10k, it will be priced at $4k. That gives you some idea.
High end everything; bar stools, chairs, tables, lamps, outdoor furniture, gas bbq, teak set, chaise lounges, art, file cabinets, and more.
This is the perfect sale for those of you who wander the high end furniture stores and gulp at the prices - you can now afford much of it!
We also have 3 glass display cases - commercial/store quality where he stored his trophies. Only $200 each! They look brand new.
The address for this sale is: 16 Comstock St. but mapping it isn't helpful. When you head up Queen Anne Ave to the top, make a right just after 5 Spot on Garfield, then another right onto 1st Ave. Go to the end. You'll see our signs. Park near the firestation as this home is at the end of a dead end and there isn't a turn around! You walk about 100 feet from where you park, so it's not far. If you buy a piece you can drive down the street to the driveway to pick it up.
We will have limited labor, so make sure you bring muscle with you!
Accepting Cash & Credit cards (3% added for credit/debit transactions).
Doors open at 10am - no list, we'll let everyone in who is there. Items purchased that you can't pick up Saturday can be picked up Sunday. Arrange at sale and time of purchase.
Next up for EstateTeams: Estate Auction on September 15th at VintageEvent. This auction will be all vintage!
The auction preview will be September 14th. More on this sale later, but it will be a unique one for sure!

rolling front of the store cashier counter, camera items (projectors, old cameras, bulbs), box lots of pottery, glasses etc..) and items from a Bellevue estate that include Navy portholes, cabinets and other Navy items.
