A 52-year-old man in Brier, Wash. was allegedly attacked, poked in the eye and pistol-whipped by a 45-yearo-old woman convinced the man was videotaping her in the shower. The Herald in Everett reports that the woman was arrested Sunday and booked for investigation of first-degree assault and harassment after the unusual incident.
The Herald reports that police were called to a home on 29th Avenue West in Brier Sunday morning around 9 a.m. The paper, citing court affadavits, says the man who was attacked was friends with the woman and her nephew, and had stayed at the house regularly in the past. The woman had apparently caught the man trying to enter a crawl space in her house.
Also according to The Herald's report, the woman's nephew told police that the man had been invited over specifically so he could be confronted and roughed up.
After the man was invited inside the house is when things really got interesting.
From The Herald:
There, she reportedly poked him in the eye and cornered him in a bathroom with a .357-caliber revolver. She allegedly struck him with the gun, pointed it at him and threatened to kill him.
All of this just comes as further proof that (allegedly) videotaping unsuspecting women in gross and disgusting ways has its hazards.
This latest case out of Brier is somewhat reminiscent of the recent escapades of alleged voyeur Daniel Kreiter, who was arrested at the Seattle Home Show earlier this year after police say he was caught taking pictures up a woman's skirt.
Sadly, in that case the victim -- Jenifer DeMarre - didn't get the satisfaction of pistol-whipping her alleged violator.
