Comment of the Day: Evergreen is an 'Anarchist Training and Proving Center'

This week Daily Weekly has been following the saga of ex-Evergreen State College instructor Jorge Gilbert, who holds the proud distinction of having the biggest ethics fine in Washington state history levied against him in 2011 - a whopping $119,578 penalty for sins against the Ethics in Public Service Act. Gilbert is also nowhere to be found, with the state Attorney General's Office looking for him in hopes of getting its hands on the money he owes.

As is often the case whenever the Evergreen State College is mentioned, our post inspired commenter John Wright to opine:

This is a great article, starting with:

1) "A carefully ambiguous article from the Olympian..." ROFL, you nailed it. The Olympian does not voluntarily cough up details on Left-wing activists.

2) Evergreen itself. The school (using the word loosely) is more akin to an anarchist training and proving center. The only activity Evergreen does not yet offer is "flight school" for those interested in the effective use of jet airliners.

3) Jorge's location. Since he's been acting in some official Chilean state capacity of late, how's about we ask the Chilean gov't to pay his outstanding bills -- pretty certain Chilean officials know where he's at.
