Maybe we'll see tonight, as the New Hampshire primary returns come in, whether the GOP's frontrunner's fondness for Social Darwinism has political repercussions in the Live Free or Die state.
At a breakfast gathering Monday in New Hampshire, the one-time self-described moderate governor of Massachusetts said, "I like being able to fire people who provide services to me. You know, if someone doesn't give me a good service that I need, I want to say, 'I'm going to get someone else to provide that service to me.'"
Jon Huntsman was quick to pounce.
"Governor Romney enjoys firing people. I enjoy creating jobs," Huntsman told reporters in Concord.
