Remember that old saw?: "When they said brains, (pick a name) thought they meant trains, and took one out of town." Today we can fill in that blank with the name Andrew Allen Kramer, who yesterday was arrested for walking around in front of the Grant County Courthouse asking people whether they wanted to buy marijuana.
Not only that, but the 22-year-old Kramer was wearing a red coat bulging with more than 20 grams of packaged marijuana as he approached the good citizens of Ephrata to inquire about their drug needs.
Sheriff Tom Jones says Kramer, of Grand Coulee, was cited for marijuana possession and released -- sans the coat full of dope.
