I believe the old saying is: "Beer before liquor, never sicker; liquor before tearing your clothes off and assaulting a sheriff's deputy, get arrested."
According to the Thurston County Sheriff's Office, deputies had responded to a call at the 2600 block of Wilderness Drive SE in Olympia, when they say they found a group of drunk fools milling about.
One man was supposedly threatening his friends and refusing to leave, and when deputies arrived he tore his clothes off violently, then rushed the patrol car and started banging on it with his fists and his head.
That's when things got Tazey.
Multiple deputies and multiple Tazers were used (hey, no pepper spray!) to eventually subdue the man, arrest him, and escort him to his new suite at the Thurston County Jail.
One deputy is said to have been slightly injured in the scuffle, meaning that the Tazing and humiliation Grover received is likely to be the least of his worries.
