The last week or two of November is climatologically the worst period of the year by many measures. For example, consider the average precipitation per day at Sea-Tac Airport (below). It peaks in last November and most of December is a drier.
Essentially, November is as wet as it gets. Recall this time last year when Seattle was in the thrusting embrace of Snopocalypse 2010.
Not that folks shouldn't expect rain and/or snow for the rest of the winter. But whatever the case, the worst is likely over.
