Actually, she's tied with 15 other senators as having filibustered the fewest amount of times in the last two years. But who knows--after next year she could be part of a minority party, and then it'll be obstruction-fest 2013!

The rankings come via www.filibusted.us. The site lists the senators in order of what percentage of the time they vote against cloture and don't allow legislation to be debated.

Sen. Jim DeMint (the upper chamber's Michelle Bachmann) is the worst of the worst. He's filibustered 93.8 percent of the legislation that's been put up for a cloture vote.

And on the Democrat side, the most filibustery of the bunch is Sen. Russ Feingold with a 19.3 percent obstruction rate.

Sen. Murray is riding low at 1.1 percent. So what did she filibuster?

The only vote against cloture she's made in the last two years was over H.R. 5297, the "Small Business Jobs Act of 2010."

But even then she filibustered early in the day, then the legislation was amended and the bill was passed lickety-split.

She's . . . just . . . so . . . agreeable . . .
