IBM Supercomputer "Watson" Will Destroy Ken Jennings on Jeopardy, Says Odds-Maker

Next week Seattle's human computer Ken Jennings will finally face off against IBM's actual computer "Watson" along with fellow smartypants Brad Rutter in a $1 million grand prize trivia duel to the death on Jeopardy. So who will triumph, man or machine? If you believe a leading gambling website, the humans don't stand a chance.

So far it seems that international betting site Bodog.com (which, traffic wise, is the most popular betting site on the web) is the only one with a line on the Jennings/Rutter vs Watson match, which will air on Feb. 14-16.

It's got Watson as more than a two-to-one favorite to beat both Jennings and Rutter, despite them being the the gameshow's most decorated champions.

Bodog.com bet:

IBM's Watson: 5/6

Ken Jennings: 5/2

Brad Rutter: 5/2

Still not convinced that Jennings and Rutter won't stand a snowball's chance in hell?

Ask journalist/trivia master Miles O'Brien how he did last night against the super comp.
