Andrew Cory Lagerquist has had a busy month and a half. In early October he was charged with murder for allegedly stabbing a 75-year-old Auburn man to death for seemingly little to no reason. Now, Kent Police say that the 25-year-old Des Moines resident had also been keeping a 16-year-old, meth-starved girl in his house as a sex slave and personal prostitute.
Lagerquist took off after that.
And when police showed up after a 911 call, they found Marinoff barely alive. He was rushed to Harborview Medical Center, but doctors couldn't save him.
The cops picked up Lagerquist shortly afterward, hiding at a buddy's house.
As for the 16-year-old sex slave: he supposedly met her when she was 15-years-old. And after having sex with her himself for a while, he quickly informed her that she'd soon be having sex with other men too.
And did we mention that they're both apparently meth heads? Well, Lagerquist supposedly likes to mellow his meth buzz with PCP, but now we're splitting hairs.
Anyhow, these other men that his newly employed teenager was supposed to sleep with were to be procured on her own, while out "walk(ing) the highway." And while the money they paid her went straight to Lagerquist when she got "home," he did compensate her with plenty more meth.
And as an added bonus, when she made her quotas and didn't come back empty handed, he rewarded her by not biting, punching and kicking her profusely.
What a guy.
He's now being held on $1 million bail for the murder charge and prosecutors are asking for $750,000 more for promoting sexual abuse of a minor and felony harassment.
