Sometimes the jokes just write themselves, don't they? According to the P-I, Faribah Maradiaga is a 19-year-old woman from Bellevue who's not getting all she can out of her anger management classes. Police were called to Bellevue College's campus on Saturday morning after Maradiaga proved to everyone that she very much belonged in the place she was at.
According to cops, Maradiaga stabbed a classmate after the two got into an argument over a video. Let's get the details, shall we:
Speaking with officers, the alleged victim said she was seated in the classroom watching an anger management video when Maradiaga started complaining about the video.
"(The victim) told the suspect that the video was good and to give it a chance," the Bellevue officer said in court documents. "The suspect responded by saying, 'Bitch, (expletive) you, I know you ain't talking to me.'"
The officer noted that the victim responded in kind, telling Maradiaga, "Bitch, I know you ain't talking to me.
A Socratic dialogue then ensued on the wisdom of instructional videos and their place in an academic set...wait. No, that's the wrong post. Maradiaga allegedly stabbed the victim twice in the shoulder and once in the arm with a folding knice and then threatened to kill her whole family. Sorry for the mix-up.
Maradiaga is now charged with second-degree assault and for doing exactly what would be expected of someone with an anger problem.
