Joey Wilson is a mentally disabled 17-year-old whose mom says doesn't process or reason the way other people do. Last year, Wilson was stopped by a Seattle cop for jaywalking in Queen Anne. The police say Wilson wouldn't cooperate and resisted arrest. His family says they hit him for no reason. Wilson ended up with a broken nose, a concussion and scrapes all over his face. Now he and his family have filed a police brutality lawsuit against the city, armed with a video filmed by a neighbor who says he watched it all go down.
