The nightlife in the lily-white, picturesque yuppie paradise of Kirkland has gotten a little too frisky for some downtown residents, according to the Seattle Times. "It's an age-old dilemma," said Kirkland Lt. Rex Caldwell. "When you build condos next to restaurants and bars, you will generate complaints about those that are unhappy with noise and litter."
The age-old answer, of course, is that new condo residents should suck it up and accept the fact that this is the neighborhood they moved into. Are you listening, Belltown boomers (Mayor Nickels, too)?
