At this Capitol Hill hangout you can rent out a room for you and your friends to belt out the lyrics to your favorite Tina Turner songs without anyone looking at you like you need a shot of thorazine from a muscle bound orderly. Rock Box has 12 rooms in many different size, the largest of which can accommodate 35 people is rented for a flat rate, while all other rooms go for $7 per person, per hour during peak hours, and $4 per person, per hour otherwise. 1603 Nagle Pl., 302-7625
