Coconut isn't quite as divisive an edible as that other "c" word, cilantro. But there are certainly those who'd rather shave their head than eat a plateful of the palm's shavings. These people should go to the re-education camp known as Tom Douglas' Palace Kitchen. There, in Belltown, they'll find the triple coconut-cream pie.
