Not only have the Canlis brothers taken over operation of this stalwart cliff's-edge steakhouse, but the chef is a talented young dude named Jason Franey. This newfangled fountain of youth springing from Canlis means Walt the piano man is cranking out popular hits like Lady GaGa and Pearl Jam, while maintaining its overall classiness with Elton John and Coldplay. Walt's got an arsenal of melodies just waiting to be tickled on the old ivories. Just don't test his patience by yelling out requests. This isn't Chopstix, it's Canlis.
